Easter Sunday was an amazing day at Boulevard Christian Church.  Resurrection Sunday got off to a great start with our regular Food, Fellowship & Fun program at 9 a.m.  We had around 50 people turn out to share in breakfast, fellowship, and study.  Our worship service at 11 a.m. was also a wonderful event.  The worship was envigorating, the prayer time was intentional, the message was encouraging, and communion was intimate.  God blessed us 133 people in attendance.  Finally, we concluded Easter Sunday with a special Easter Egg Hunt for all the kids.  It was exciting to see all the children running around and having a great time.  Every one went home happy.  To God be the glory for such a special day.

 

On Friday, March 21st, at 7 p.m. we had our special Good Friday Musical: Believe.  This was an exciting evening of worship, special music, stirring narration, and interviews with eye witnesses to the final events of Jesus' life.  We also enjoyed of a special time of communion as we remembered the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made on our behalf.  Our Music Makers did an absolutely wonderful job leading this program and God blessed us with a turnout of around 90.  Praise God!
